Why I do this work

I come from a family of women with complex health stories.

Growing up, I witnessed my sisters suffer every month with debilitating period pain, fibroids, major hormonal issues, and invasive surgeries. I also experienced very painful periods myself, to the point where I once couldn’t even sit an exam at university. Every month was something to dread.

Those experiences stayed with me.

They are the reason I chose to specialise in women’s health — and why my work is rooted in listening, compassion, and taking women seriously.

This programme exists to give women the support I wish my sisters — and myself — had received sooner.

    If you live in London (Zones 1–3), I offer supermarket shopping sessions and home visits to understand your habits and support real-life change.
