Corporate Wellness That Truly Supports Women at Work
Evidence-based. Human-centred. Impactful.

Why this work matters (now more than ever)
Corporate wellbeing is no longer a “nice to have”, it’s essential.
In the UK:
-
1 in 3 employees report work-related stress
-
Stress, anxiety and depression remain the leading causes of long-term sickness absence
-
Menopause symptoms alone cost UK businesses an estimated £1.9 billion per year due to lost productivity and staff turnover
Yet many women are still struggling in silence, with fatigue, hormonal symptoms, fertility challenges, painful periods, or menopause, while trying to perform at their best at work.
I know this reality deeply, because I lived it.

Inclusive talks for everyone
-
While I specialise in women’s health, my talks are designed to support all genders: I make sure everyone in the room feels included and can relate the content to their own health and wellbeing.
-
I adapt my sessions to your audience, whether mixed teams or specific groups, so the advice is practical, relevant, and accessible to everyone.
My story: from corporate burnout to meaningful wellbeing work
Before founding Happy Body Ltd, I spent over 10 years in the corporate world.
I worked hard, cared deeply, and constantly felt like I was never doing enough. I experienced chronic stress, burnouts, panic attacks, and the quiet pressure so many employees carry every day.
Wanting to better support those around me, I trained as a Mental Health First Aider, supporting many colleagues alongside my full-time role.
I also spent over 5 years in Learning & Development within a multinational organisation of up to 2,000 employees worldwide, where I:
-
Designed and delivered training programmes (in-person and online)
-
Led onboarding for new employees
-
Applied adult learning theories to ensure engagement, clarity, and impact
-
Facilitated sessions for diverse, global audiences
This experience taught me one crucial thing:
If people are not engaged, they do not learn and they do not change.
Why women’s health in the workplace is my mission
Alongside my corporate career, my personal life was deeply shaped by women’s health challenges, both my own and those of my sisters.
Painful periods, fibroids, fertility struggles, cancer, I saw how profoundly women’s health can affect confidence, performance, attendance, and wellbeing.
That’s why I retrained as a Women’s Health & Fertility Nutritionist and NHS-accredited Health Coach and why today I combine:
✔ Learning & Development expertise
✔ Science-based nutrition and health coaching
✔ Mental health awareness
✔ Real lived experience
to deliver corporate wellness talks that truly resonate.
